Approximately how many squirts of milk from a cow's udders does it take to fill a gallon pail? 350 To fill a gallon pail with milk, the milker (or automatic milking machine) must collect approximately 350 squirts of milk from a cow's udders. Most dairy cows can produce up to 6.5 gallons of milk per day. This averages to about 350,000 standard eight-ounce glasses of milk produced by a typical dairy cow in a year's time. America's dairy industry produces an average of 21 billion gallons of milk each year.

Who holds the record for the first completed solo journey around the world in a hot air balloon? Steven Fossett Steven Fossett was born in Jackson, Tennessee on April 22, 1944. He made his fortune by trading futures and alternatives on the Chicago markets with a brokerage business. He used his fortune to set world records in numerous adventurous pursuits, such as gets, ballooning, sailing, gliders and watercrafts. The National Aviation Hall of Fame inducted him in July 2007. He stated then that he had more flying adventures he wanted to complete in his lifetime. Unfortunately, in September 2007, his plane vanished over the Sierra Nevada Mountains

But the little candy morsels proved so popular that the candy conglomerate, Goelitz Candy Company, negotiated to take over the mass production of what would become an American favorite.
