Marijuana Addiction Increases

Marijuana can be up to five times more potent than the Cannabis of the 1970's, according to the National Institute on Drug Abuse. Many public officials worry that this stronger marijuana has increased addiction rates and is potentially more dangerous to teenagers, whose brains are still developing. Marijuana is now available by prescription in 13 states.
