Masters of Sex is a new series premiering on Showtime, it is a 1 hour long series about two real life pioneers of the science of human sexuality, whose research touched off the sexual revolution. Michael Sheen and Lizzy Caplan will be portraying Dr. William Masters and Virginia Johnson. Masters of Sex is based on a book entitled Masters of Sex : The Life and Times of William Masters and Virginia Johnson , the Couple Who Taught America How to Love. Masters of Sex will premier on Showtime , on Sunday September 29th 2013 at 10pm.
